Heather Elspeth Wolfe
Creativity Coach & Creative
Heather Elspeth provides training, workshops, coaching, and talks to support team building, communication, and innovation through facilitating growth in individual and group creativity.
They developed the Symbolic Translation™ approach to creativity development in 2017. It is based on their original research as well as their experiences coaching adults since 2012 and facilitating children’s creativity development since 2007. With this approach, they have helped increase the effectiveness, longevity, and satisfaction of professionals who view themselves as creatives and those who do not.
Creativity coaching requires a nimble relationship and wealth of experience in creativity, which Heather Elspeth regularly explores in painting and songwriting. On a personal note, they share,
I would not exist as I am without the frequent, divergent acts of creativity that spice up my life and connect me to myself and others.
Inspired by the Symbolic Translation™ approach, Heather Elspeth works in quantitative, qualitative, and arts-based research methods. They have presented and published research on regional, national, and international stages. They have also coached researchers at all levels.
Heather Elspeth works out of the Boulder-Denver metro area in Colorado. They hold a bachelors and a masters in Music Education from Syracuse University and a PhD in Music Education from the University of Colorado Boulder.
