I help people in the creative arts revitalize their relationship with their creative process.

Sometimes as creatives, we’re able to tap into creativity without trying and it flows effortlessly. But sometimes, something gums up the works and either it feels like it takes a lot of effort, like you’re stuck in the same process over and over, or like you can’t find it at all. My creativity coaching has helped creatives find their way back to creativity in ways they can enjoy and are sustainable.

Creativity burnout is real, but you don’t have to put down roots and make it your home. I’ve helped creative-types like you by challenging them to rethink their process from the ground up. By pushing boundaries and seeing both the artistic product and the creation processes through new lenses, you too can unstick your potential to create art that feels satisfying to you and that you’re eager to share with the world.

One songwriter I worked with jolted herself out of a rut by switching up the order of her process. Though she normally began with writing lyrics, I guided her to try Symbolic Translation™ to see what would happen. She brought her guitar on a beach vacation and played around while focused on the colors and vibes around her. I won’t give away her whole process, but I will share that she was thrilled with her newfound ability to craft a song with sonic patterns she had wanted to explore but had never managed to pull into her songwriting.
